Student athletes that are:
Participating in the CYA Soccer Club,
Graduating from high school in June 2008
Enrolled in college for the fall of 2008
The CYA Board of Directors will review applications and the awards will be announced in
All applications must be completed and received by July 1, 2008 in order to be considered
for the award.
