| The Churchville Youth Soccer Club is pleased to announce our Annual College Scholarship Program |
Participating in the CYA Soccer Club,
Graduating from high school in June of current year
Enrolled in college for the fall of current year
The CYA Board of Directors will review applications and the
awards will be announced in August.
All applications must be completed and received by July 1st in
order to be considered for the award.
