The Churchville Youth Soccer organization is seeking sponsorships for the
Summer Program. Your donations are vital to the success of this program and
we are asking you once again to participate.
Our soccer program has tripled in the past four years and hundreds of children
have learned the fundamentals of soccer, sportsmanship, and teamwork. The
only funding we receive is through your support and the participants'
registration fees. All coaches and organization officers are volunteers.
Your monetary donation will help provide safe fields, proper equipment,
referees and tournament fees.
As a travel or house team sponsor, you will receive:
Your company name printed on each uniform of the team you sponsor
Your name on all the correspondence of that team, a team photograph
Your company name on the web site of the Churchville Youth Association
The promotion of your business at all youth activities.
The Churchville community is hoping that we can count on your support for this
upcoming soccer season.
To become a sponsor, please complete and return the sponsor form along with
your check, on or before March 1, 2008. This deadline allows us to begin our
program on time and ensures that your business name is displayed on your team’
s uniform.
